Parade of Homes 2018

This project in the Northeast Heights was award- winning in the Parade of Homes 2018. The 1970's "Brady Bunch House," as we called it, is an original home in Albuquerque that received a 21st century update.

We demoed the wall between the kitchen and living room to create an open space for entertaining. The open floor plan is grounded by the large island, topped with Carreara Quartz. We added new texture, wood flooring, and recessed lighting, throughout. The kitchen features two-toned cabinets, a custom hood, chevron stone backslash, and champagne gold accents.

In the master suite, we removed the carpeted tub and went with a gorgeous freestanding tub and double walk in shower. To top it off, we installed an expansive double vanity and walk in closet.

The new staircase leads to a remodeled bathroom, two bedrooms, and a deck overlooking the city.

Outdoors, the spacious porch has stunning arches and a water feature. We installed plumbing and electrical in the casita to provide extra, useful space.

The "Brady Bunch House" is a favorite.
